When eating good sushi, you should not only be able to taste not just the fish, or the fillings, etc. but the WATER as well. Like, I can’t stress this enough. I’ve had multiple servings of sushi, but by far the best was at this Hibachi place up in Nap-town called Fuji….its around like Riva or something, but it was masterful. It was delicate, supple and if I had to put a color to it (odd I know)it would be blue…yea, definitely blue.
